eRehabilitation service

We are developing a service to support new wearers of hearing devices. This service aims to provide a simple, personalised system that will help people to get the best out of their device.
 
We will provide advice and information that will guide people through the process of getting a hearing device, explaining what will happen along the way and what options are available.
 
The service will then support people through the initial stages of learning to get the best out of their particular device, supplying stories from other people who have gone through the process and allowing for people to keep a diary of their own experiences.
 
As someone progresses to becoming a more experienced user the site will alter again, providing long term support and more in-depth advice, about additional assistive technologies, for example.
